Here's how it works: 

1) catch your coworkers living our Core Values 👀 

2) Post your Shout Outs on the board in the Breakroom, and be specific! 

3) Each month, the Leadership Team will put all post-its in a hat and draw one winner to be the Team Member of the Month.

4) the winner earns a $50 cash prize. 

5) The program will run March - November.
